Responsibilities

As a Software Developer, you will be part of a talented team of engineers who collectively demonstrate excellent technical competency and reliability in a hyper growth environment. Aside from having ample energy and a fun loving mindset, the successful candidate should have high willingness to learn, be a self-starter and a team player.

We are still in the early days. Though the product is established and the customer base is growing fast, there is still plenty of room for you to come in and have an influence on both the team and the project. We ship features frequently that have a great impact on our customers -- your work will be meaningful.

Requirements

The successful Customer Success Manager will assist the Sales, Product and Technology teams at Everflow in delivering a high quality experience to customers.  Being part of Everflow's Customer Success team, you will be the main point of contact and be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with our Customers.  This position calls for developing a deep understanding of the Everflow platform to help our clients to grow their performance marketing efforts. You must bring both a strategic and technical mindset to the table, love working with people and have a passion for evangelizing new products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to be a front-line account manager from a relationship and technical perspective
  • Develop expertise with new products and features and be able to evangelize them with clients
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams
  • Help on-board new clients including training, webinars and documentation
  • Upsell existing clients on new products and features
  • Manage the helpdesk functionality and help to align it with growing company needs
Qualifications
  • Good product sense and a willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical background and a good grasp of internet technologies

  • 3-5 years of experience in the ad tech space and using tracking platforms
  • Proven track record of growing portfolio revenues over an extended period of time
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
